Bike & Photo Camp with Mirjam Andrea Schneider, professional photographer from Switzerland.
On the first day, you'll get to know the trails at the Leogang Bike Park and improve your riding skills so that Mirjam can capture the best shots of you!

We'll visit various photo spots, and Mirjam will explain where and how to get the best shots. At the end, you'll go home with 5 professionally edited photos of yourself – for your personal use.

The perfect mix of riding technique course, social ride, and photoshoot!

Ride • Rise • Relax is a mountain bike and yoga retreat created by women, for women. A space for movement, connection, and coming home to yourself.

Gentle morning yoga, mobility work, breathwork, and embodiment practices help you ground yourself in your body and prepare for the day ahead on the bike. On the trails, the focus is on flow, skill development with ease, and riding without pressure or expectations – each woman at her own pace.

This is a weekend to breathe, move, feel, and recharge – on the mat, on the bike, and through meaningful connection with like-minded women.

Mental Strength for Female Bikers – More Confidence, Ease, and Self-Assurance.

"Strong in Mind, Confident on the Bike"

By women, for women. Because we understand the challenges that mountain biking can bring! We learn from and with each other and experience how much power lies within us when we support one another.
Together, we will work on specific mental techniques and methods to enhance mental strength and enjoy biking more.
Combine this mental training with learning new bike skills to gain more confidence and security. Mental trainer Anja Garber will travel from Tyrol to share everything you need to push beyond your limits.
